From 57 founding members in 1945, IATA now represents some 230 airlines in over 120 countries from around the globe. Carrying 93% of the world’s international scheduled traffic, IATA members include the world’s leading passenger and cargo airlines.
IATA Membership is open to both scheduled and non-scheduled airlines, covering the following categories:
- Active Members: airlines operating international and/or domestic services
- Associate Members: airlines operating domestic services only.
